The concept for our boutique approach of having small specialist teams across a broad spectrum of sectors stemmed from feedback from clients who feared a conflict of interest engaging recruitment firms with multiple consultants operating in any one market sector, citing examples of them working with their competitors and in extreme cases even targeting their own employees.
